USG 80 Panel Facade System
It is an innovative façade system, which is preferred especially in high-rise buildings, where it is manufactured entirely in a workshop environment, and allows fast assembly without scaffolding. The high performance values of the USG 80 panel facade system are applied by making a special design for the project.
The system, in which all panel production including glass can be done with high workmanship quality in the workshop environment, is formed by hanging the panel modules, which are produced without installing a scaffold in tower-type structures, in order. The 3-row roving structure between the modules provides the system with a tolerance gap in seismic movements such as earthquakes and provides high performance.
Covered, silicon and semi-covered appearance presented in standard facade systems are also available in panel facade systems. All expansions such as reverse transom, parallel and standard wing openings in the facade can also be made with this system.
