What is SARAY Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)?
Saray ACP consists of a white-coloured low density polyethylene core bonded between two Aluminium alloy sheets. Aluminium sheets can be coated with PVDF paint or Polyester paint.
Saray Composite Panels are mainly used for external cladding of buildings (building facades the PVDF painted ones), and for signage (the polyester pained ones).
Saray Aluminium Composite Panels are very rigid and strong despite its light weight. Aluminium sheets are painted in any kind of color, in PVDF or Polyester coatings, including a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colors as well as patterns that imitate other materials, such as wood or marble.
Applications of Saray ACPs are not limited to external building cladding, but can also be used in any form of cladding such as partitions, wall ceilings etc. Aluminium Composite Panels are also widely used within the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates.
Saray Aluminium ACPs are available in 3 mm, 4 mm, 5mm and 6 mm thickness and all are easily cut, bent, drilled and formed with standard hand / industrial tools depending on application.
